Because every Moving Memories keepsake is made to order with your own photo and video, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
